01Production times
Production time is counted in working days from the point your artwork is approved, not from when the order is placed. Artwork approved after 1pm counts from the next working day.
- Standard5–6 working days
- Express2–3 working days
- Super Express24 hours
Delivery transit sits on top of production. Super Express is available on PVC and mesh only — other materials and finishes cannot be produced in 24 hours.
02Delivery charges
Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is £14.50 + VAT. Orders over £250 + VAT are delivered free to UK mainland addresses.
The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly are not classed as UK mainland and are charged at cost. We will quote before dispatch rather than surprise you on the invoice.
Needs completing: Confirm your carrier's current surcharge zones and rates, and whether you intend to ship outside the UK. If you do, this section needs customs, duties and incoterms wording.
03Packaging
Everything ships plain-packed as standard, at no extra cost. There is nothing on the outer packaging identifying us, so orders can be sent directly to your own customers.
Banners are rolled rather than folded unless you ask otherwise. Rigid boards are corner-protected and shipped flat.
04Damaged or missing deliveries
Check goods on arrival where you can. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, sign for it as damaged — it makes the carrier claim straightforward.
Report damage or shortages within 3 working daysof delivery, with photographs of the goods and the packaging. We will reprint and re-send at our cost where the fault is ours or the carrier's.
Non-delivery should be reported within 10 working days of the expected delivery date so we are inside the carrier's claim window.
05Delays
Production times are targets, and we hit them the overwhelming majority of the time. They are not guarantees, and we cannot accept liability for consequential losses caused by a late delivery — for example a missed event or a stand that went up without its graphics.
If a deadline is critical, tell us before ordering and we will confirm in writing whether we can commit to it.
