Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we accept orders and supply printed goods.
Last updated 1 August 2026
01Who we are
These terms govern the supply of printed goods by BannerLab Print Ltd(“we”, “us”), trading as BannerLab, to you (“the customer”).
Needs completing: Insert the registered company name exactly as it appears at Companies House, the company registration number, the registered office address and the VAT number. A trading business must display these.
02Orders and acceptance
Prices shown by the online calculator are an indication based on the options you select. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing, not when the calculator displays a price.
We may decline an order — for example where artwork is unlawful, infringes a third party's rights, or where a price was displayed in error.
All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
03Artwork
You are responsible for the content of your artwork. By supplying it you confirm you own the rights, or have permission, to reproduce every element of it, and you indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from what we print on your instruction.
We check every file before printing for resolution, colour space, bleed and sizing, and we will tell you if something will print badly. That check is not proofreading — we do not check spelling, grammar, phone numbers, dates or prices. Errors present in supplied artwork are reproduced as supplied.
Colour reproduction varies between substrates and between screen and print. We cannot guarantee an exact match to an on-screen colour, or to a previous run on a different material, unless a physical proof has been agreed in advance.
04Cancellation and returns
Printed goods are made to your specification. Once production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled and the goods cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty or not as ordered.
Where a customer is a consumer rather than a business, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
05Faults and reprints
If goods are faulty, not as ordered, or damaged in transit, tell us within 3 working days of delivery with photographs. Where the fault is ours we will reprint and re-deliver at our cost, or refund, at our option.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses — including missed events, lost profit, installation costs or third-party charges. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
06Payment
Unless a credit account has been agreed in writing, payment is due in full before production begins. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Needs completing: If you intend to offer trade credit accounts, set out the payment terms, late-payment interest (statutory interest is 8% above the Bank of England base rate for B2B debts) and the account application process.
07Product life and suitability
Expected lifespans quoted for materials are guidance based on normal UK conditions and correct installation. They are not warranties. Choosing a material unsuited to its location — for example a solid PVC banner on an exposed high-wind site where mesh is appropriate — is not a manufacturing fault.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Needs completing: Have a solicitor review this document before you rely on it. It is a reasonable starting draft for a UK trade printer, not legal advice, and it has not been checked against your actual processes.
